Not sure abt the error msg, I havent come across such. But what I think is, you have restrictions - selection/exclude on the IO to a either a hierarchy node or a leaf, which no more exits in the new hierarcy. So check the hierarchy to make sure that nodes/leaves are avaialable in the new hierarchy that have been restricted/excluded.
