what is the use of webdynpro component interfaces?

when you open the webdynpro perspective in NWDS you will find the webdynpro component interfaces what is the use of it ?

Hi vanama,

Assume you have 2DCs in your WD.

DC1>interfaceController1>ComponentController1-->view1

DC2>interfaceController2>ComponentController2-->view2

So if you want to have communication between say view1 and view2 you can have it via interface controller.

Interface Controller provided interface between two different components in two different DCs.
