Business Partner Deletion

Hi there I am using Service Desk, I have created a Business partner for each user. I create one BP and then assigned it to multiple systems. However there are some users who have 2 or 3 BPS, assigned to different systems how can I delete the multiple BP and only have one BP for a user?
