saprouter

Good afternoon,

I had to change some settings on ur saprouter.

I used Note 605795 for instructions.

In that document I am unsure how to go about this paragraph:

Check whether the SAProuter can access the target host (IP address or, if necessary, host name) on the corresponding application port. If not, set up the network accordingly.

Has anyone got a suggestion on what I could do?

Thank you

Corinne

Hi Corinne Lofts,

You mentioned:

Check whether the SAProuter can access the target host (IP address or, if necessary, host name) on the corresponding application port. If not, set up the network accordingly.

that means: From the host where you have installed SAProuter, try to ping your target host.

Hi Payal,

Thank you.It was very useful.

I work ed out that I couldn't telnet my server on a specific port so something else certainly need to be changed somewhere.

Thank you

Corinne
