SAP INST R/3 Enterprise 4.7 SR1 2.00 stopped Step 20

Hello, i´ve got a Problem with an Installation.

SAP Inst is Stopping at Step 20

ERROR 2007-08-31 15:11:38

CJS-00289 Could not set the password of a database user.
DIAGNOSIS: Command brconnect -u SYSTEM/***** -c -f chpass -o SAPR3 -p ******** returned 3.
SOLUTION: See brconnect.log for details.

BRConnect.log:
BR0801I BRCONNECT 6.40 (45)
BR0252E Function _popen() failed for '( C:oraclewus920 inSQLPLUS /nolog ) <
ul 2>&1' at location BrPipeOpen-4
BR0253E errno 2: No such file or directory
BR0272E Execution of program '( C:oraclewus920 inSQLPLUS /nolog ) <

BR0303E Determination of Oracle version failed

BR0280I BRCONNECT time stamp: 2007-08-31 15.11.38

BR0804I BRCONNECT terminated with errors

The above Path is right.

Any Ideas??????

    Hi Reiner,

    Please Check environment variables ORACLE_HOME and ORACLE_SID.

    which database version you are using?

    can you please check if C:\oracle\wus\920\bin\SQLPLUS.exe exists?

    Hello, i´ve fixed it. I have changed the password of User System, to the one i have definied in SAPInst at the Startup of the Installation,
