Loan Amout

HI All,

I have made payment of loan through Off cycle, But in the regular payroll run at the end of the month again the loan wage type is getting picked.

Please let me know how do I restrict this.

Hi Veeresh

First of all why are U using off cycle to pay loan to the employee.

Can U please elaborate what amount are U paying to the employee from Offcycle.

Is it the Loan approved amount or the Loan repayment monthly.

put ur requirement more clearly.

Note:- U can use the repayment date in Loan Infotype (0045) to restrict the recovery of loan wagetype from the payroll run.

E.G. if u put 01.05.2007 in Repayment date then System will not calculate the laon recovery in april.

Hope U get some hint.

Hi Veeresh,

Infotype 0045

Create Loan Amount

Infotype 0267

Create Off-cycle Payment

Off-Cycle Payroll

Employee will be paid Amount created in Infotype 0267

Regular Payroll

Employee will be paid Amount created in Infotype 0045

Amount from Employee will be deducted which were paid as off-cycle.
