PO a/c assignement --

Hi.

I creating PO w/o Inv Rect tic and Free of Cost .

While posting I am getting error a/c assignement is not maintained

But it no value update, Only quantity update.

Please let me know why a/c assignment is asking , actually its not required this case.

Hi,

Even if it is only qty updated you need to have Account assignment, normally the material type will be Non-Valuated UNBW.

Dear SK

As per SAP standard you have to use NON-VALUATED material type. Please better do not change the configuration for the other material type.Use free item in the PO text and create a new cost center for it .Use K and assign the new Cost Center for your charges.Hope it will help

I don’t want entered the account assignment cat here.

No need to thro error ‘ a/c assignment catogry mandatory’

Dear Kumar,

Please check to IMG>logistic generalMaterail master>basic setting>Material types-->Define attributes of material type,

Check for ROH type, see if the qty and value update is tick or not.

Just tick it and save,then try again.
