We are developing an Application for our client at US region, we have a hosted application for them at production server. We need to develop some reports in Visual Studio for them in Crystal reports. The application will not be used by more than 20+ users at a time hopefully. We are using visual studio 2013, I wonder do we need any licencing for development/deployment? We will produce the reports programmatically using our .net Dataset.
