Fixed business partner id in partner function

I have defined a custom change transaction with custom partner functions. I need to put always the same business partner id in a partner function field. For example, I want that the field of the partner function XXX is always filled with the business partner id 14.

Is the ticket created directly in solution manager or it is being created from the satellite system??

I had never tried this, but try using the following BADI to see whether it helps

CRM_PARTNER_BADI

COM_PARTNER_INTERFCE

COM_PARTNER_BADI

Hi Antonello,

Are the Customed defined Partner Functions included to the Transaction type.

Also at wht condition do you want the value to be filled.

If yu can explain me the whole process....would surely be a plus...

One more suggestion if you can use transaction 'notif_create' i know a way in which newly created tickets can be filled with BP numbers!!!!!
