Migration R/3 ECC 6

Hi,

I have a BI 7.0 extracting data from SAP R/3 we plan to migrate to ECC6, do I have to rewrite all the extraction as my datasource will have a different name. If someone as experience in this migration I will appreciate if you can share it of if you have any documentation on this.
