How to add Images & Titles on VC REport

Hi ,

I am working on VC reports,I have created report with Table& chart.

My requrment is I Have to Image on top in that Image I have to enter title ( Ex: "SALES REPORT") on top I ahve to put this title in Image.

I am having Image in JPEG format.

Plaese help me regarding this,

If any links of PDF files regarding this please send me.
