what is non-paid time? Please explain with help of an example . when should we use this? significance of this.

Non paid time mean unpaid time
particular time which is non paid
this normaly use for break (Lunch,Tea) break.

Any particular event which has no relevance to payroll, i mean which is not accounted in payroll may be treated as Non Paid Time..

It could be for unpaid breaks:Which is not inclusive of your planned working hours.
It could be any overtime hours, which are unpaid.
Still, I am not sure if I am even near to the answer, if you could mention the context, I hope any of us will be able to help you better.
