how to create Cost center wise resticted user

hi all,

am in a situation , where i need to create Cost center wise role & authorizations.

i have a query which have 0costcenter and it shows all cost center details.BUt i want to restrict the login user to see his/her cost center details ONLY.

searched SDN ,, came to know that RSECADMIN is used in BI 7..

and SU01 - user creation.PFCG

DON"T know the exact steps to follow and what are the things need to do in above each T.codes.AND WHERE TO ASSIGN COST CENTER VALUES.

plz suggest...it's urgent.
