Search results are not displaying....

Hi Folks,

Very good morning to all. I am very up set becuse of when ever i am trying to search any thing in san.sap.com i am facing No search results for "abap". You should try a less restrictive search. even i am adjusting less date. This was not happened not only in my system. it is happening in so many systems. Please advice me any kind of updation or server down was happened from community end? i am able to post questions but i am not able to search any thing. PLease advice me.
