KM Context Menu Indicator, Replacing It

Hello:

The folks I am working with do not like the context menu indicator used in KM. This is the three dashes that appears next to the resource in most of the standard layout sets.

Instead, they want to replace it with a different icon.

Any ideas on how to best approach this change?
