Hi all.

I m creating the Report uisng Query Designer. I want to see the chart in the Report but I dnt know how to do it uisng Query Designer?? Is there any way we can create chart in the Report.

Natik,

You can provide the graphical display to your client, But you need to do it in Web Application Designer for the Dynamic graphs...

In Query Designer create the query and in WAD use the standard web item Graph, so that your problem will be solved.

Hi Gattu,

Thanks for your suggestion but my client wants to see the Report in Bex Analyzer. So it;s not possible to create Dynamic graphs over there??

Yes it's possible but you will use MS Excel graphing options. When your query is run in the Analyser, select the results are and then select the MS Excel icon for graphing wizard.

Remember when you have your graph created and whatever setting made to it to save your workbook. The graph is an element of your workbook not your query.

When your client uses the workbook the graphed data is there for them,

hi, after executing, u can view the chart under graphical display tab.

if u want the chart to appear along with table, then you will have to use WAD - Web Applicaiton Designer
