Cannot star the Scree Painter Add-on

Well

For some reason I am not able to start the Screen Painter add-on ! I have installing it and uninstalling it again over and over. It just does not want to start up.

any ideas why this is happening ?

Hi Neftali,

Are you using the installer from your current patch? I've had issues before where I was attempting to install from an earlier patch. Screen Painter should be available in every patch download.

What error do you get when you try to start it?

I solved the problem by deleting a couple of files on the SAP directory. I'm still using the Demo License and the same patch from the year ago. I might encounter what you mentioned a bit later on ...
