Idoc is not using user exits when coming from XI.

Hi all,

i hope somebody can help me, i have some problems with the idoc /AFS/ORDERS04, we have a lot of implemented user exits but with an inbound idoc from XI, sometimes he not use this user exits, if i reprocess this same idoc with the transaction BD87 or if i make a copy with the transaction WE19, the idoc if use the user exits. why this happend ???,
