How can I add custom column to the entry table of BOM items in CS01 ?

Hi, I want to add my custom column to the BOM items table to entry Component Scrap.

What would be a benefit of this addition?

Run CS03 for any existing BOM, double click on an item number and see the Component scrap without any development.

SAP provided a place holder 'Sort string' (STPO-SORTF) to the BOM item that can be used for your requirement. It will allow text or numeric value. you can see it if you double click on item#.
