Change pointer for customer master data

Hi,

While updating new email address in customer mastr data (i,e Trans VD02) not updating in Account changes(i,e log) but existing email address changed X to Y then inf updating.

I found difference only for email address rest of them showing perfect.

Please let me know any setting should I do for this ?
