Can anyone explain me in subcontracting order how do i receive the material which is scrapped at the time of subcontracting.

Hi Sarfraz,

Define the percentage of scrapping directly in your BOM generation via Transaction CS01 . So when you are doing the GR the scrap pecentage will be taken care of.

can you tell me if i maintain negative quantity in PO for component provided to vendor wat will be the efect upon GR.

or

if the vendor give some material which is generated as waste material during processing how do u account this extra material which is provided by vendor.

Hi,

Did u included Scraps material in ur BOM( bill of material).If You mentioned u could have received 545 Movement type.

Use the movement type 544 to receive the scrap from subcontracting...

BUT MVT TYPE 544 IS GOOD ISSUE RECEIPT SLS ORDER STOCK, WHAT DOEST IT MEAN. where do i receipt from system show stock deficit at subcontract loc
