Incorrect Qual. Inspection stock in MD04

I found the incorrect Qual. Inspection stock in MD04, as shown in the figure below, compared with the stock overview in MMBE.

How to explain this issue ?

There are several recent correction notes for issues involving inspection stock in MD04. Make sure that all the notes below are implemented:
