Cancel and keep wokitem in the inbox

Hi,

I have a requirement where i need to replicate the same functionality of the 'cancal and keep woktiem in inbox 'of the decision step type .

whenever the workitem is executed the approver will get the custom defined options with cancel and keep worktiem in inbox by default.once he clicked on this button the worktiem will remain in inbox.

i need to replicate the same functionality by displaying one report to the approver..once approver clicks on the report button the report should be displayed and when he clicks back it should display the user decision options or come out and keep the workitem in the inbox.
