Not for ASE 15.5, which reached "end of mainstream maintenance" status on 31 March 2015. That means that development engineering stops developing fixes for that version.
Security fixes are typically simply included in regular rollup schedule but might also be provided in a "hot fix" rollup released between the scheduled full rollup releases.
