XI-BI datatransfer problem with a WebService

Hi,

we push data from XI via a WebService directly into the PSA of a BI. We can see the data in the monitor but the PSA status never changed automatically from yellow to green. If we changed the status manually, not even one data record is posted. The monitor allways show "0 from 0 records".

Can sombody advice me in this particular case?
