Orissa PTAX deduction while by Retro

Dear Experts

Employee belongs to Orissa state professional tax not deducted for the month of April 2017 due to execution of future seperation action for that employee. Now we want to deduct the ptax for that period through retro.

options : 1. manual professional Tax which is not working in our system because it is fully customized one , because of that some other problem is arising so it is not workout.

option 2 : i have tried by reason code change and executed even though it is not working .

experts please provide some idea to over come the issue
