Work flow - Event problem ...

When I am executing Workflow-program, by calling function module <b>'SWE_EVENT_CREATE' this function module returining EVENT ID always "00000000000000000002" (always same).</b>

And also I am not able to see SAP mail in SO01.

I think Workflow is not triggering properly...?

Any suggessions / ideas / help will be appreciated and rewarded...
