Hi, problem in converting city field with mixed case.

Hi,

i have a problem in converting city field with mixed case .

Iam selecting city record form table which has entries in mixed case, when iam validating with the selection parmeter , iam not getting data form the select query,

and when user enters a city name either in lower or upper case he couldn't able to see the data.

could any body tell me how to solve this issue.
