Problem in Adapter Engine RWB Monitoring Sending Text Message

Hello

When we are sending text message from RWB engine component monitoring -

> Adapter engine, it gives an error message:

Error while sending message: com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.ConfigException:

ConfigException in XI protocol handler. Failed to determine a receiver

agreement for the given message. Root cause:

com.sap.aii.af.service.cpa.impl.exception.CPALookupException: Couldn't

retrieve outbound binding for the given P/S/A values:

FP=;TP=;FS=DEVCLNT00;TS=MAXIMO;AN=SAP_GLACCOUNTS_TOMX ;ANS=

The receiver agreement is already determined on ID.

I already did full cache refresh. But still getting the same error.

If anybody comes across these type of error, please advise.
