about PI transport ID object

Dear PI expert

We use PI 7.4 dual stack. I am going to transport ID object from POD to POP.

The Scenrio is the third party system MES_4thRollingMill to ECC using SOAP. I met a requirment that keep the business system name MES_4thRollingMill same as POD and just change the business system name of ECC. I have configured the target of ECC and remind blank of the transport target of MES_4thRollingMill. When I import .tzp to POP I got the error that Obligatory transport target for business system MES_4thRollingMill not found in System Landscape Directory.

Is there any suggestion for my requirement?
