Hi,
We have a product for which a Service contract assigned. When I am trying to delete the service contract from the Product it is giving a message that 'Document is being distributed - changes are not possible'.
Can any one suggest how can I delete the service contract attached to a product.

Hi Usha,
This is probably because of the BDOCs. One way to eliminate this is run a report
CRM_CHECK_DISTRIBUTION_STATUS. Just give the Object Id and Transaction type and uncheck the Check field.
After this please try to delete the Product from the Service Contracts.

hi, are u integrating CRM and R3 / ECC?
is ur product created in CRM and flown to R3/ECC or vice versa?
