Route Determination Exit in PO

We need to determine the route based on differnt conditions in PO. So plz tell me the user-exit to determine the route in PO

We want to determine a new route in the stock transport order (PO's) based on certain conditions.Can somebody help me with the appropriate enhancement in PO.
