Setting Size limit for KM Personal Documents

Hello all,

I have a requirement in which the size of KM Personal Documents for each of the portal user should be 50 mb.

First thing, can this be done in km? If yes then do we need to actually edit the km.navigation par for this or some configuration settings??

I tried searching for some attributes related to this but couldn't find any solution regarding the size restrictions for each of the user.

Can anyone please help me in this regard ?

Hi Prasanna,

the commonly used term for those kind of restrictions is "quota" or "user quota". Use these terms and you will find a couple of threads elaborating on this problem, but after I scanned the first few, it doesn't seem there is an out of the box SAP solution (although they are talking about "roadmaps" and "plans") ....

Hi we had a similar situation some time ago. That could be achieved using a custom developed component.
