Guideness needed to read OSS notes (procedure)

Hi friends ,

I am having market place ID and password to access the OSS notes .But i am not aware of the procedur to follow .CAN any guide and help me to access (procedure) the OSS notes of some paticular STD programs.Its very urgent.
