Process order

Hi all

I am doing planned order to Porcess order thru MD04-MD61-MD03-MD04 for one material. But when I try to process planned order to create process order its giving an error - consumption account cannot be found - But when I checked in OBYC, its already defined. Surprisingl for the another material same as the problamitic material , its not giving the error.

where could be the error
