Legal documentation to sign (TEA) for the unreleased version of SAP Cloud Platform SDK for iOS?

One of my partners is looking for a legal documentation for them to sign to enable them to progress with build: a Test and Evaluation Agreement (TEA) for the unreleased version of SAP Cloud Platform SDK for iOS? To my knowledge it is still not available. Any pointers would be great
