partner function

I have a issue in patnerfunctions i have customer in that custome we have a sp ,sh ,bp, py, fa1, fa2.When i am going to creating sales order for the customer its should show the fa2 but its showing fa1 if any body can give me suggition on this plzzzzzzz

Have you maintained FA2 for the customer in customer master data. If not maintain it in the customer master. Then FA2 will also be shown in the sales order, provided this partner function is included in the partner determination procedure applicable to the sales document header.

If not,

Include the relevant partner function in the partner determination procedure relevant for sales document header.

Also make sure this PF is a part of PDP for the customer master. If not maintain it.

Now you should be able to maintain FA2 for customer in Customer master.

Now if you create sales order, the partner can be seen in the sales document at header level partners tab.
