Attribute change run

Hi,

I am uploading the master data in process chain. I would like to do attribute change run for the master data and would like to include that in Process chain. Is there any process in the process chain for attribute change run. If yes, please let me know the steps..

In RSATTR Tcode when I choose the infoobject or hierarchy list to choose the infoobject for which i would like to run the attribute change run, I find it is emply.

Please let me know the steps..
