PA30 Issue while deleting personnel number

Hey guys,

While deleting personnel number by PA30 user is getting below message

"You do not have a READ authorization for at least one infotype".

I have checked her structural authorization which are perfect.

Please help me to sort out this issue.

did u check SU53 after you get this Error.

Yes i did and i found the below result

The following authorization object was checked:

Object P_ORGIN

Object class HR

Field Value

Authorization level

Infotype

415

Personnel Area

OTMU

Organizational Key

<Dummy>

According to above SU53 report looks like that he is missing Infotype 415.

But could you please tell me what this infotype 415 does?

This IT is for the <b>Export Status</b> of the <b>PU12</b> Interface.

this means that you havew only read authorisations for IT0415. so you can't delete the EE.

Thanks for your quick reply, i appreciate it.

But here i believe that he is missing infotype 415 according to SU53 report(I had pasted only missing authorization section of SU53 ).

On seeing his available authorization section in SU53 report it looks like that he is having infotype 414, 416.

Could you please mention that what authorization i put in his profile or role so that he could be able to delete personnel number.

in the authorisation Object P_ORGIN you have to give R/W access to the user for the Infotype for which the authorization is failing.
