System Monitoring does not display alerts

Hello,

I have configured system monitoring in Sol Man for my R/3 server. When I go to Solution Monitoring -> System Monitoring /Administration, I see the red lightning icon on the server. I click on it and it takes me to Current Status screen. The information on the screen says: <b>No alerts exist that are directly assigned to this object</b>.

When click on the alert overview button, it does show all the Alerts I chose to monitor in the configuration. I can also click on the alerts and it takes me to the respective monitoring application in the R/3 system, which tells me the connections are working fine.

Could you tell me why I cannot use the display alerts icon and why I get the <b>"No alerts exist that are directly assigned to this object"</b> message. Am I missing some config step?
