Hi,

I am trying to send a message to my work email address through Solution Manager, T-Code SO00 I add my work address however when I check my mail I recieve an failure message saying the IP is not found, do I need to do configuration for me to be able to send messages?

Did you configure your SMTP service using t-code SCOT?

Yes somebody from my team did configure it, however I am able to send a message to my yahoo mail but it doesn't send to my work address, I dont know why.
