Document issue

Hello folks!

I am new to SolMan. We just installed SM 40 and created a test project. I have profiles SAP_ALL, SAP_NEW and S_A.SYSTEM assigned. I created a implementation project to start with and uploaded a document. I am able to upload the document but when I try to view the document is says “ it cannot be displayed”. However I am able to export the document to my local drive. I checked my authorizations with SU53 and it says “successful”.

What could be the problem?
