Hello Venkat,

If you get any error in standard transaction then double click on message, then it shows message number and ID.

Now goto Se91 -> enter message id -> click on display, here you will able to see message number and description.

if you keep the cursor on message number -> click on where used list, here it will show the list of programs that used by mesage class.

some times it not will show any program, then they are using message dynamically.

Here you need to debug the standard transaction,if you want to find the exact place then enter /h in command bar, then enter.

now click on watch point -> give the variable -> value is message number, comparison value is = ,now cursor will stop .

Thanks

Seshu

Double click on the message, and then you can see the technical description of the message including the message class and number.

Hi Venkat,

You can find the message class and message number by double clicking on the message and then display technical details..

However in your question, you only gave the message text, so it was only that i knew that the message class fro finacial transactions is FF, so i simply checked for your message.

But always follow the same method described above.

Thanks and Best Regards,

Vikas Bittera.
