Dear Friends,

After upgrade the kernel version from 701 to 721, we are getting short dump error in transaction O4G1 when going for reverse the data.

Please suggest for solution

As it seems an error of the standard software, please search SAP notes for a correction (or search forum for already answered questions), or ask SAP support to solve the error.

Hi,

Search for a note and still couldn't find. Note 1623745 is applied but not working. Already asked for SAP support and

they didn't replay yet.

You should have mentioned that so that to avoid people of giving useless answers like mine. SAP usually reply in the 2 hours, the first answer would be to apply such SAP notes (but if you mention you have checked it in the message for SAP, they won't tell you, and transmit to the second support level).

Just be a little patient for a correction.

Moreover, please attach the whole short dump (as a TXT, or a ZIP of the TXT), the first lines are useless.
