SSO 3.0 - Redirect to URL issue

SSO Experts,

I was able to configure the SSO 3.0 WebClient scenario and it's seems to be working perfect, but when I use the feature "Redirect to URL" the new URL is opened over the same IE tab/folder/window where is the "Sign Off" button. So, this way I loose the "Sign off" button and I can't execute the sign off and the x.509 certificate generated to the user still in the Windows (certmgr.msc service).

I would like to know how to configure the "Redirect to URL" feature to be opened in a new tab preserving the first screen with the "Sign Off" button?
