How can I print only the first page on each group?

My report has the following structure:

Page Header

Group Header

Details

Group Footer

Report Footer

PageFooter

On the Group Footer: "New Page After" and "Reset Page Number After" is checked

On all sections: "Suppress Blank Section" and an formula in "Suppress": PageNumber > 1

My report only prints the first page and a second blank page.

How can I print only the first page on each group?

I'm trying to decide if I buy Crystal Reports 2016, I can't find the answer to this question and nobody from SAP Crystal Reports respond. Is it the kind of support I should expect?
