how to scheduling on one work center but three tasks?

herein I assume I have a work center and can start run three work orders at the same time

the capacity of work center is 24h(three workers 3x8=24h)

the work hours for a part is 16h(capacity calculated by the hours of routing)

I want to get the result as following:

if sales needs one part(relevant to this order),then sap will tell me two days ahead should open a order(16/8=2day),because even three workers work on it,it still not speed up the process.

if sales needs two parts(relevant to this order),then sap will tell me two days ahead should open a order,because three orders can be started on this work center simultaneously (32/16=2day)

if three parts needed,then 48/24=2day,is also two days ahead

so i only want system tells me the corresponding production start date or it's finish date,or whether system allows three same tasks can be started on a work center at the same time?or system need to spit it to three work centers?

so i don't know how many workers should be input in the fields of work center?
