Email is not rigged when PO is changed


I have simple WF where i need to trigger email when PO is changes.

From swel I can see that my WF getting triggered and and I am not able to see the email in SBWP transaction.

Can any one help in this

  • Hi ABAPER,

    First check if WF triggered on PO change, then check in WF log if it executed your email step.

    If you using SendMail you will receive messages in SBWP only if you are passing SAP User-id as agent.

    If you using email-id then it will reflect in SOST.

    How you design the workflow. Check the Email step for recipient ,is this having current access.

      I have created the simple workflow where need to trigger email in sap inbox when PO is changed.But email is not getting triggered.

      I have checked in swel and I can see my workflow getting triggred.

      Please find the below screen shot of WF.
