Help center in WDA

Hi,

in WDA application it is possible to display the ? - icon at the top right corner. From there it is possible to get into the help center.

Does anybody know if it is possible to get to an link (e.g. a web page with help content) when clicking on the ? - icon instead to jump into the help center ?
