Hi,
I want to change valuation class. But when i try to do that in MM02 it says process order already exists. We tried to delete process order by attaching the deletion flag. But the still when i try to change in MM02 the system gives the same message.
How to solve this issue?
Byr,
Ramesh
Hi,
Make sure no stock and receipts like production order exist. If stock is there then scrap it. If production order exist, set TECO and CLSD, then set Deletion flag.
THen try changing the valuation class.

Ramesh,
Some of the prerequisites I remember,
1. Nil Stocks
2. No Transaction data - PR/PO/Reservation (Data needs to be archivied and deleted) Just flagging record for deletion will not help.
This is a tediuos process, I would suggest you to flag that material also for deletion and create a new material with correct valuation class and use it.
If stocks exists you can do a material to material transfer using movment 309 in MB1B transcation. You need to do a mass change to replace this material with new ones in all BOM where it is used.

Hi,
To change valuatio class for a material stock should be zero. For process order TECO that order.
